Join us for a donation-based all-levels yoga class to raise money for the non-profit Warriors at Ease, which brings yoga and meditation into military communities and helps service members, veterans and their families with their post-traumatic growth and healing.

This class is open to the public as a fundraiser for Warriors at Ease and is appropriate for those who do and do not have physical disabilities. Students do not need to bring their own mats, props or water, as those items will be provided, but students are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing.
This all-levels yoga class will be taught by David Martin, a Marine with over 24 years of service. David has taught yoga for the past five years and assists his wife, Faith, in the BE Warriors Yoga 200-hour teacher training. Faith Martin is a marine spouse of 23 years, is a Yoga Alliance registered 200-hour ERYT and the creator of BE Warriors Yoga teacher training. She is a certified Warriors at Ease yoga teacher with experience in creating programs for PTS, substance abuse and pain clinics for the military on Okinawa, Japan. She continues to offer her yoga teacher training and classes to veterans in Yuma, Arizona.
Tucked away in the heart of downtown Yuma is a rustic walkway that leads to a special space to practice. Studio Y offers a philosophy that brings honor to the body through alignment based classes rooted in awareness and presence.
