Aloha! Due to Hurricane Lane, this event was postponed to Sep 7-9, 2018. If you registered for the original dates (Aug 24-26), you are still registered and there is nothing else you need to do besides show up! This registration link is for those who have not previously registered.

Come join us for an iRest Yoga Nidra Immersion where you will learn the principles and practice of iRest Yoga Nidra meditation and experience the variety of ways iRest can be used on and off the mat.

This event is open to everyone; both experienced iRest practitioners and newcomers wishing to sample the fullness iRest has to offer for health, healing, and wholeness of being.

This iRest Yoga Nidra Immersion fulfills the short retreat requirement of the iRest Certification Program.

This event hosted by Warriors at Ease, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Proceeds from the immersion benefit Warriors at Ease and advance our efforts to bring trauma-sensitive, evidenced-based, and military culture informed yoga and meditation programs to veterans and their families.

Scholarships for this immersion are available service members, veterans and military/veteran spouses.
