We are committed to supporting the health, resiliency, post-traumatic growth and connection of service members, veterans and their families through the power of yoga and meditation.

Our highly-trained network of 750+ teachers are sharing yoga and meditation practices in veteran and military communities in the U.S. and abroad. Our teachers support warriors of all generations as well as their families and caretakers.
Warriors at Ease Certified Teachers have the knowledge, skills and ability to integrate evidenced-based, trauma-sensitive mind-body practices into a variety of settings including VA hospitals, Vet Centers, Community Based Outpatient Clinics, and within Veteran Service Organizations. Our teachers also serve the active military by integrating yoga into military hospitals and clinics, installations gyms, family readiness groups, and within unit fitness programs. Additionally, we offer Warriors at Ease Yoga and Meditation community classes and retreats in collaboration with our partners who are committed to supporting warriors.
Your donation helps us to train more teachers, including service members, veterans, and military spouses who are able to directly impact their own communities. Your gift also helps us to establish free classes, workshops and retreats in military and veteran communities so that we can continue to support the health and healing of our active military and veterans, especially those with visible and/or invisible wounds.
